Do I need to start at Stage 1?
No. Start with the stage where your venture is hurting most today, and follow wherever the evidence sends you — including backwards.
Is this only for tech startups?
No. ASDP has been used across technology and social-sector ventures, MSMEs and corporate innovation teams. It is a discovery discipline, not a sector tool.
Can my incubator or college use it with a cohort?
